Since 1977, Court Appointed Special Advocates, or CASA volunteers have worked to ensure that abused and neglected children have a stable and caring adult by their side as they navigate the foster care system. No child should have to go this road alone. You Can Make a Difference in the World, One Child at a Time. Advocates come from all walks of life, with a variety of professional, educational, and ethnic backgrounds.
