Breathing Bridges is a unique art-meets-river-floating adventure that only takes place one time per year – don’t miss it!

Come experience the magic of dance, art, poetry and music happening along the riverbanks of the sparkling Smith River in Del Norte County, California at the annual Breathing Bridges event from Dirt and Glitter happening every year on the Sunday over Labor Day Weekend. Thanks to the generous support of the Yurok Tribe’s Klamath Promise Neighborhood Initiative, DiRT & Glitter is able to offer this experience free to the community this year.

You can book a seat on a raft with Redwood Rides and be expertly guided through the show, or book a kayak and paddle yourself along the calm waters of the Smith River. Prices range from $106 to $132.50 per person. Children are welcome. Tandem and single kayaks available.

You can also bring your own raft or kayak to watch this on-the-water art performance unfold around every bend in the Smith River!
